To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all original tags still attached. Once the return is approved, we will process the refund within 7 days back to the original payment method.

Please note that any shipping costs associated with returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that customers obtain tracking information and purchase shipping insurance when returning items to us, as we cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
